On New Year's Eve, Y2K, I sealed a letter to my future self into a shoe box time machine. 8 year old Kendel hoped that we had somehow found a way to be in a band, that we had learned how to manage our unmanageable hair, and that we had grown up to be a photographer.
Now a Retoucher and Photographer when I want to be, (yet terribly tone deaf and hair still wild) I've funneled my energy into the only career I've ever truly cared to have. I'm extremely privileged to have had countless people stand behind me and support me on my journey.
After graduating from Robert Morris University, I found that spending tedious hours correcting imagery to be massively rewarding, and something that I could continue to grow and learn from. For the last 5 years, I've spent my time honing in my craft, and I am currently employed as a Retoucher for ModCloth in Pittsburgh, PA.
